FAQs

Appointments are always best, but we happily take walk-ins.

The primary decision marker needs to be onsite at time of measure. The current countertops should be completely cleared ahead of measure. Also, when measuring new cabinetry, the cabinets must be installed and secured in their final resting place. Any customer provided sinks are required to be onsite, along with cooktops, faucets, and additional appliances that could impact the fabrication.

All decisions need to be finalized before template. Changes made during or post template may incur a change order fee and or delay the start of production.

Once we have your written approval on the CAD/layout, you will hear from us. It will be sent to our pre-production department who will produce a CAD drawing and digital layout for your approval. You will receive your CAD and layout email typically 2 to 3 business days after your measure appointment provided all applicable decisions and information were finalized on site at the assigned template appointment. The project can not proceed without your written approval.
